Anti-NR1H3 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG and directed against NR1H3 (also known as LXR alpha). It is validated for Western blot and supplied unconjugated in liquid form. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 160–230 of human LXR alpha (NP_005684.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 50 kDa.

Purified by affinity chromatography, the antibody is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000.
