Anti-NR0B1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the nuclear receptor subfamily 0 group B member 1 (NR0B1) and is supplied at 50 µL per vial at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human NR0B1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using that same immunogen, then presented in unconjugated form in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it specifically detects endogenous levels of total NR0B1 protein in lysates and cells of human and mouse origin. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity. Intended for research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications, this primary antibody is well suited to studies of DAX1/NR0B1 signaling in adrenal and reproductive biology, dosage-sensitive sex reversal, and related endocrine and developmental investigations.
