Anti-NR0B1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NR0B1, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. The immunogen used is recombinant full length human NR0B1, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of NR0B1 protein.

Provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody has an observed molecular weight of approximately 53 kDa. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

NR0B1 (Nuclear receptor subfamily 0 group B member 1) is mapped to chromosome X and shows tissue expression enriched in the adrenal gland and testis, with reported subcellular localisation at nuclear speckles, vesicles and centriolar satellite.
