Anti-NR0B1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NR0B1 (also referred to as Dax1), supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human NR0B1 (NP_000466.2). The antibody has a reported molecular weight of 48 kDa and is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), supplemented with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Purification is by affinity chromatography. Two scientific validation images accompany the product.

Suggested starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
