Anti-NQO1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of NQO1 (NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase 1). The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human NQO1, and the antibody is supplied as an unconjugated liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The 50 µl pack size is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications and shows reactivity with human samples, making it suitable for research into oxidative stress response, detoxification pathways and xenobiotic metabolism. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
