Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting NQO1, available from Antibodies.com. This unconjugated reagent has been validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was raised against recombinant full length Human NQO1 and detects endogenous levels of NQO1 protein.
Immunopurification was carried out by affinity chromatography against the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95 percent as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at approximately 31 kDa. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
