Anti-NPY4R Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NPY4R. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reactive with human samples. The antibody is obtained by affinity purification and corresponds to a molecular weight of 42 kDa. A recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2000 is given for WB. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–80 of human NPY4R (NP_005963.4).

The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.30, containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
