Anti-NPY2-R (D42) Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NPY2-R (D42). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 30-80 of human NPY2-R, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of NPY2-R protein. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 43 kDa.
