Anti-NPY2-R Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human neuropeptide Y receptor type 2 (NPY2-R), enabling sensitive detection of endogenous NPY2-R protein in a wide range of research samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and the IgG isotype has been validated for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. It reacts with human, mouse and rat specimens, making it a versatile option for cross-species studies of Y2 receptor signalling.
