Anti-NPY1-R (R254) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 225–270 of the human NPY1-R sequence. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. According to the manufacturer, the reagent detects endogenous levels of NPY1-R protein. The target has an expected molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
