Anti-NPY (P94) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the NPY target. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 61-110 of Human NPY, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of NPY protein.

The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 11 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
