Anti-NPTN Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NPTN and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 29–200 of human NPTN (NP_059429.1) and has been affinity purified.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 45 kDa. A recommended Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
