Anti-NPRL2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab189852)

The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–220 of human NPRL2 (NP_006536.3), and recognises a target of 40 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Following affinity purification, the reagent is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
