Anti-NPR3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targeting NPR3 (also known as NPR-C) is available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot use, reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 272–541 of human NPR3 (NP_001191304.1), and the reagent has a molecular weight of 60 kDa.

It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification. The recommended Western blot dilution is 1:1,000–1:2,000.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
