Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NPPA from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human NPPA, and NPPA pAb detects endogenous levels of NPPA protein. The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The expected molecular weight is ~ 16 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
