An affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com directed against natriuretic peptides A (NPPA). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, with immunofluorescence also listed as a supported application, and is reported to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 26–151 of human NPPA (NP_006154.1), which has a reported molecular weight of 17 kDa / 22 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The manufacturer's recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000.
