Anti-NPM (phospho-T234) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets nucleophosmin (NPM) when phosphorylated at Threonine 234 (phospho-T234). It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is supplied unconjugated. Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NPM around the Threonine 234 phosphorylation site, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous NPM only when phosphorylated at Thr234. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein migrates at ~38 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
