Anti-NPM (phospho-T199) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against nucleophosmin (NPM) phosphorylated at Threonine 199. It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Listed as a Primary Antibody, the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NPM around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 199. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of NPM protein only when phosphorylated at Thr199. Reported molecular weight of the target is ~ 38 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
