Anti-NPM (phospho-T199) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against NPM (phospho-T199). It is unconjugated and validated for WB, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NPM around the phosphorylation site of threonine 199. Specificity data indicate that the antibody detects endogenous levels of NPM protein only when phosphorylated at Thr199. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 38 kDa.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 97% by SDS-PAGE.
