Anti-NPHS1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets nephrin (NPHS1), the renal glomerulus-specific cell adhesion receptor encoded by NPHS1. Supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, the antibody is unconjugated and was affinity-purified using a synthetic human NPHS1 peptide as the immunogen. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. According to the product specifications, the reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with additional immunohistochemistry (IHC) data shown on the product page, including staining of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue and Western blot detection in mouse kidney and spleen lysates.
