Anti-NPHP3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NPHP3 (Nephrocystin 3) and is validated for Western blotting in human and mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–130 of human NPHP3 (NP_694972.3). For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:200–1:2,000 is suggested. The target has a reported molecular weight of 151 kDa and is predicted to localise intracellularly.

Concentration is reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. External database records place NPHP3 on chromosome 3 (132680609–132722414) and describe its tissue specificity as low.
