Anti-NPHP1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to NPHP1, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com as a liquid formulation. The target protein NPHP1 is detected across multiple validated applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is purified by affinity chromatography.

For use in Western blot the antibody is recommended at 1:500–1:1,000 dilution, with 1:50–1:200 suggested for both immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and the reported concentration is lot specific.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 345–614 of human NPHP1 (NP_001121651.1). The reported molecular weight of the target is 83 kDa, and the protein is reported as tissue enhanced in skeletal muscle.
