The unconjugated IgG preparation is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with mouse and rat samples [C0]. According to reference data, NPFFR2 expression is enhanced in lymphoid tissue and seminal vesicle, and the human gene maps to chromosome 4 [S1].
