Anti-NPC1L1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets Niemann-Pick C1-Like 1 (NPC1L1) and is unconjugated. Raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1030–1100 of human Niemann-Pick type C1 Like-1 (NP_001095118.1), the reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) with human samples and is recommended at WB: 1:1,000–1:4,000. The expected molecular weight is 148 kDa.

The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
