Anti-NOX4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NOX4 and validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Immunogenicity was achieved using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human NOX4, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of the NOX4 protein. Purification was performed by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target migrates at approximately 67 kDa.
