Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NOTCH4 and is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB) on human samples. The antibody was raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human NOTCH4 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the NOTCH4 protein.
It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an approximate molecular weight of 210 kDa.
