Anti-NOTCH4 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com directed against NOTCH4, supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot at a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. The manufacturer specification also supports use in immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence applications at 1:50–1:200. Reactivity is confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1824–2003 of human NOTCH4 (NP_004548.3) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target has a reported molecular weight of 88 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.
