Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent targets human NOTCH3, a single-pass transmembrane receptor whose large extracellular region is built from multiple EGF-like repeats and whose intracellular domain is released by gamma-secretase cleavage to act as a transcriptional co-activator.
