Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets NOTCH3 (Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 3). The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified using a synthetic peptide of human NOTCH3 as immunogen.
It detects endogenous levels of total NOTCH3 and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) in human, mouse and rat samples. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
