Anti-NOTCH3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the NOTCH3 (Neurogenic locus notch homolog protein 3) target and is supplied in a 50 µl volume at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and is provided unconjugated in liquid form. It is intended for Western blot (WB) applications and detects endogenous levels of NOTCH3 protein (predicted molecular weight ~244 kDa). Reactivity has been validated against human, mouse, and rat samples, with the immunogen corresponding to a synthetic peptide derived from human NOTCH3. For handling, short-term storage at 2–8 °C is appropriate for up to two weeks after arrival, while long-term storage should be carried out at –20 °C in small aliquots to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles; this preparation contains sodium azide as a preservative. The reagent is offered for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. Suitable goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibodies are available separately to support downstream detection workflows.
