Anti-NOTCH3 Antibody

It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of NOTCH3 protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human NOTCH3, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE). The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein runs at approximately 244 kDa.
