NOTCH3 (Neurogenic Locus Notch Homolog Protein 3) is a single-pass transmembrane receptor that participates in Notch signaling, a conserved pathway regulating cell fate decisions, differentiation, and vascular smooth muscle maturation. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and recognizes the target across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting cross-species experimental comparisons in developmental biology, neuroscience, and vascular research contexts. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and is unconjugated for flexible downstream detection chemistry. It is validated for Western blot (WB) workflows, where it can be paired with HRP- or fluorescent-labeled secondary reagents to resolve the full-length ~270 kDa NOTCH3 receptor and its processed fragments. Each vial contains 100 µl of product. Sodium azide acts as a preservative, and working aliquots are recommended to limit freeze-thaw cycles during extended use.
