Anti-NOTCH3 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognizes NOTCH3. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with mouse and rat samples. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 751–850 of human NOTCH3 (NP_000426.2) and was purified by affinity methods. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
