Anti-NOTCH3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NOTCH3. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is supported by 4 scientific validation images.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 1520-1640 of human NOTCH3 (NP_000426.2). The reported molecular weights for the target are 90 kDa and 280 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:200-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.

The reagent is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
