Anti-NOTCH2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NOTCH2, available through Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies portfolio. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and ICC/IF, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 2242–2471 of human NOTCH2 (NP_077719.2), and the protein target migrates at approximately 120 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific, and the product is supported by two scientific validation images.
