Anti-NOTCH1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Notch1 and is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is provided as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, with a reported molecular weight of 300 kDa.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1567–1729 of human Notch1 (NP_060087.3) and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
