Anti-NOSIP Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody to NOSIP is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody reagent. The product has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with human samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is prepared by affinity purification.

The immunogen used is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-301 of human NOSIP (NP_057037.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 35 kDa. The product is formulated as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. For Western blotting, the recommended dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000.
