Anti-NOS3 (phospho-T494) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets NOS3 (phospho-T494), recognising the target only when phosphorylated at Threonine 494. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NOS3 around the Threonine 494 phosphorylation site. The antibody detects endogenous levels of NOS3 protein when phosphorylated at Thr494, and the expected molecular weight of the target is ~ 140 kDa.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
