Anti-NOS3 (phospho-S1177) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NOS3 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 1177, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of NOS3 protein when phosphorylated at Ser1177.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications, the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target protein NOS3 has a molecular weight of approximately 140 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
