Anti-NOS3 (phospho S1177) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NOS3 (also known as eNOS) when phosphorylated at Ser1177, supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and reacts with human samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the region surrounding S1177 of human eNOS (NP_000594.2).

Provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, the antibody has been purified by affinity chromatography and recognises a target of approximately 133 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000; concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery, aliquot and store at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
