Anti-NOS3 Antibody

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human NOS3 around the non-phosphorylation site of S1179, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of NOS3 protein. It is supplied unconjugated as a liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB), Immunofluorescence (IF) and ELISA, and reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
