Anti-NOS3 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NOS3, offered by Antibodies.com for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA applications. The antibody is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and has been validated to react with human, mouse and rat samples, allowing detection of endogenous levels of the NOS3 protein. The isotype is IgG.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human NOS3 around the non-phosphorylation site of S1177, and the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
