Anti-NOS3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to eNOS (endothelial nitric oxide synthase), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent and validated for western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The antibody was raised in rabbits against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1035–1110 of human eNOS (NP_000594.2) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration; the target protein has a molecular weight of 140 kDa. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
