Anti-NOS2 (V1131) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against NOS2 (V1131) is offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the C-terminus of Human NOS2, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Inducible NOS protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein runs at a molecular weight of approximately 130 kDa.
