Anti-NOS1 (Y846) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against NOS1 (Y846) and is validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), including ICC/IF applications. The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 815–862 of Human NOS1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of NOS1 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The observed molecular weight is ~43, 125, 149, 160 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
