Anti-NOS1 (phospho-S852) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal preparation raised against NOS1 (phospho-S852). It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human NOS1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 852. The reagent detects endogenous levels of NOS1 only when phosphorylated at Ser852 in human samples, and also recognises mouse and rat NOS1 when phosphorylated at the corresponding site, Ser847. Reported molecular weights are approximately 43, 125, 149, and 160 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
