Anti-NOS1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com selectively recognizes NOS1, the neuronal isoform of nitric oxide synthase that catalyzes L-arginine conversion to nitric oxide and L-citrulline in response to calcium-calmodulin signaling.

The antibody is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation.
