Anti-Nop132 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against human Nop132 (also known as Nucleolar protein 8, NOL8, or C9orf34). The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and it is supplied unconjugated for maximum flexibility in assay design. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Nop132, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the Nop132 protein. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA, with reactivity confirmed for human samples. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal (IgG isotype), and the reagent is shipped at 4°C before being aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
