Anti-NONO (mono methyl R357 + R365) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises nmt55/p54nrb (also referred to as NONO) when mono-methylated at arginine residues 357 and 365. It is unconjugated and was raised against a synthetic monomethylated peptide spanning R357 and R365 of human NONO/p54nrb (Q15233), with the immunogen sequence RQQEEMMRR. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 IHC 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
