Anti-NONO Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com, raised against the NONO protein. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and the immunogen used was recombinant full-length human NONO.

The antibody is validated for WB, IHC, IF, IP and RIP, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of NONO protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 54 kDa. The product is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity exceeding 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reagent is of the IgG isotype.
